Who are we

Gold Rush Technology (NZ) Limited ARBN 687 264 035, a foreign company registered in its original jurisdiction of New Zealand as Gold Rush Technology Limited. 

Up until 2026 we were trading in Australia and New Zealand as different companies. We have now registered our New Zealand company to trade in Australia, and will cease trading our Australian company Gold Rush Technology Pty Ltd by June 30, 2026. 

We have been reselling VIPRE in Australia and New Zealand for over 15 years, from back when the original VIPRE was developed by Sunbelt Software. 

We are also the only worldwide Top Ten Partner for QuoteWerks CPQ software in the southern hemisphere, with clients all around the world, from Puerto Rico in the west, to the United Kingdom in the east.  You can find out more about the rest of our business at goldrushtechnology.com
